About Us

In 2017, National Tender Services began assisting various small businesses that were based outside KZN, to bid on tenders within KZN. Most of them were owned by friends and relatives, or had been referred to us personally, and came from a variety of industries. Some of these included construction, security, and IT.

We have since expanded nationally to assist those who are bidding on government tenders. By using tender alerting services and bid logistics services, we have made this process cheaper and more convenient for bidders.

We saw an opportunity to provide bid logistic services affordably by attending tender briefings and buying tender documents on the behalf of other companies, and so National Tender Services was born. We pride ourselves on effectively and reliably catering to each of our clients' needs by instating ourselves as a one-stop-shop for Tender Alerting and Bid Logistics.

While our head office is based in Pietermaritzburg, KZN, we operate through various national branches and strategic partners.

Services Offered

National Tender Services is comprised of 2 sectors:

- Tender Alerts Services updates our clients with the latest tenders. It also provides requests for quotations and other general tender information that is advertised nationally.

- Bid Logistics Service collects tender documents, attends tender briefings, and submits completed bids on behalf of our clients.

Tender Alerts Service

We scan, capture and classify tender notices according to fields of expertise, and then email out these leads to our paying subscribers. Subscribers select the fields of expertise that are most relevant to their business, as well as choosing how often they want to receive tender updates.

At National Tender Services, we simplify the Tendering process by providing you with the Tender leads. We upload most of the available Tenders and Request For Quotations in South Africa from all 3 layers of government ( National, Provincial, Local) and SOEs. We also email you all the latest tender leads sorted by fields of expertise and regions in SA that are most relevant to you.

We take the hard work out of searching for tenders. Our team searches through 100 newspapers, over 500 websites, 265 Notice Boards and other sources to ensure that we provide you with all the latest tenders, categorize them for your convenience according to your field of expertise, and then email the relevant tenders direct to you. We normally have over 1000 current tenders available.

Bid Logistics Service

Our bid logistic services are available to both free users and paying subscribers to reduce you the incurring expenses of your staff traveling around the country to attend tender briefings, collect or submit tender documents.

We understand the urgency of obtaining the tender documents post-haste and submitting your completed bids punctually. Our primary objective is to help decrease the stress of tendering for our clients so that they can focus on their businesses, and we strive to do so in the most affordable way possible.
